ERASMUS + program international school multilateral partnership project “Escape Classroom - Digital Turn Project (E.C.D.T.)“ online dissemination event took place on June 8, 2021 at Vilnius Grigiskes Sviesos gymnasium, Lithuania. Teachers from the whole country were invited to participate. At the beginning of the event, the project coordinator Dalia Tarosaite introduced the purpose of the project, introduced a “flipped classroom” teaching model, the essence of which is to exploit the potential of digital technology to empower students from passive listeners to become active organizers of their learning process. In this way, teachers can make learning process more effective, give students the opportunity to develop important self-study learning skills. Later, the project coordinator Dalia Tarosaite, presented the project activities that were carried out during the project implementation period 2018-2021. Teachers - Elena Salniene, Justina Surviliene, Jurate Atkociuniene and Lilija Rutaviciene presented their works: lesson plans and self-created videos that are used in lessons. Teachers shared their good practices, cases of success and challenges while applying a “flipped classroom” teaching model in pilot classes. At the end of the event, the project coordinator presented interactive posters that were created in collaboration with our gymnasium teachers and partners from Greece, Poland, Italy, Portugal and Spain. The feedback showed that the dissemination event was useful and meaningful. The impact of the implemented project is obvious - the project participants, teachers and students gained lots of knowledge, experience!
